What's our actual realization rate this month — and which engagements are dragging it down?

Most firms know the answer six weeks late, after the billing partner has already eaten the write-down. CentSight reads time entries, WIP, and bills in real time and tells you which engagements are losing realization while you can still talk to the client. That's the difference between a write-down and a renegotiation.

Utilization by partner, manager, associate — live, in one view.

Target vs actual, billable vs non-billable, by role and by individual. The 60% senior-on-junior-priced-work problem stops being invisible. The Monday partner meeting stops being a debate about whose data is right.

Built for the way partner-led firms actually run.

  1. Step 1: Connect QuickBooks

QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, your time-tracking. Read-only. No new ERP, no migration.

  2. Step 2: Live utilization, by role

Partner, manager, associate, admin — utilization, target vs actual, billable vs non-billable, in one view.

  3. Step 3: Realization and leakage, live

WIP aging, write-down forecasting, and unbilled hours flagged at week one — not week six.

  4. Step 4: Board- & partner-ready exports

Every export carries methodology and audit trail. The managing partner sees the same numbers the controller sees.

Less write-down. Less surprise. More clarity.

Average time to answer a partner question in plain English — "is the McKinnon engagement profitable yet?" — with audit trail attached.

We discovered three of our largest clients were actually losing money after accounting for scope creep. CentSight gave us the data to have honest conversations — and recover $340K annually.

Our Monday partner meeting used to be a debate about whose data was right. Now it's a decision. The numbers are the numbers.

Managing Partner · Coleridge Advisory · $12M consulting

We caught 11% of WIP at risk of write-down in week two and renegotiated three engagements that quarter. Paid for the firm's subscription forever.

Answers, before you ask.

When does CentSight launch?
We're admitting founding-member partner-led firms in cohorts now. Once you join the waitlist, we'll reach out with a personalized timeline for connecting your stack.
What does founding-member pricing get me?
$95/mo flat — per firm, not per seat — locked for the life of the account for the first 100 firms. That's a written guarantee, not marketing. No long-term contract, cancel anytime.
How does CentSight handle client confidentiality and role-based access?
Role-based access is the default, not an add-on. Associates see their own utilization and engagements only. Managers see their teams. Partners see the firm. Admins are configurable per role. Every access action is logged.
Does this integrate with our time-tracking software?
Yes. Direct integrations with the major time-tracking and practice-management tools (Clio, MyCase, Karbon, BigTime, Harvest, plus QuickBooks-native time). If yours isn't on the list, a CSV import keeps you live in a week.
Are exports audit-ready?
Every export carries a methodology footer, source-system timestamp, and a signed-link option so reviewers can verify the underlying transactions. Auditors and PE due-diligence teams have signed off on the format.
We're regulated. How does SOC 2 stack up?
SOC 2 Type II is in progress with an external auditor (Type I report under NDA). All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're working through state-bar trust-account considerations on the legal side — happy to share the memo under NDA.
Can we white-label or rebrand for our partners?
Not in private beta. Partner-portal customization is on the roadmap; today the focus is on the internal-operations view.

No risk to look.
