Is this SKU actually profitable after Amazon's fees, freight, and 18% returns?

Most e-comm dashboards show gross revenue. Real profit shows up after marketplace cuts, fulfillment, ad spend, freight, and returns — and by then the inventory's already bought. CentSight tags every fee at the order level, so the answer is one click and it's right today.

The view that earns your peak season.

True margin per SKU, channel, and order — net of every fee.

Revenue minus COGS, marketplace fees, payment processing, freight, ad spend, and returns — calculated per order, rolled up by SKU and channel. The 'best seller' that nets 2% after Amazon takes its cut. The hero SKU that's actually a loss leader. The number you wished you had before the inventory was bought.

We thought our hero SKU was our profit driver. CentSight showed us it had a 2% margin after Amazon. We rebuilt the entire assortment and recovered $60K in a quarter.

Returns were eating us alive and we didn't know by how much. Now I see net margin per SKU every Monday.

Peak-season planning used to be a guess. This year I knew exactly how much ad spend I could lean into in October.

Answers, before you ask.

When does CentSight launch?
We're admitting founding-member brands in cohorts now. Once you join the waitlist, we'll reach out with a personalized timeline for connecting your channels.
What does founding-member pricing get me?
$95/mo flat — locked for the life of the account — for the first 100 e-commerce seats. That's a written guarantee, not marketing. No long-term contract, cancel anytime.
How do you handle Amazon fees — by category, by FBA, or order-level?
Order-level. Every fee that hits Seller Central (referral, FBA storage, FBA fulfillment, long-term, ad spend) is tagged to the order it relates to, so SKU margin is true net.
Does CentSight handle Shopify payouts vs sales correctly?
Yes. We reconcile Shopify's gross sales against Stripe payouts and surface the gap (processing fees, refunds, chargebacks) at the order level — no more month-end reconciliation surprises.
What about COGS — do you need a perfect inventory system to start?
No. CentSight works with whatever COGS method you're already using in QuickBooks. If you have landed cost data we use it; if not, we use the cost-of-sales hitting QuickBooks. You can refine later without a re-implementation.
Can my 3PL or agency see this?
Role-based access. You can invite your 3PL or agency with view-only on specific dashboards (e.g. SKU velocity) without sharing the full P&L. Every access action is logged.
What's the SOC 2 status?
SOC 2 Type II is in progress with an external auditor; Type I report is available under NDA. Production data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We don't store credentials — connectors use OAuth and token rotation.

No risk to look.
